Ameriquest Mortgage
Has anyone ever dealt with Ameriquest on short sales. I know each short is different with varying factors. I just wanted to kind of get a gauge of their exceptance ratio and what kind of discounts they' ve given. 
What they did yesterday is no indication as to what they will do tomorrow. They weigh each scenario on it's own merit... and are becoming skilled, if not iron-fisted, non-performing asset managers.
The new breed of NPAMs have MBAs or law degrees, and start at a competitive base salary... plus commission. Their commissions are based upon their negotiated net recovery VS. indebtedness.
Give some details, and I'll speculate on what to expect.
