Amarillo TX High In Demand For HUD Housing?
I am in contract to purchase a 48 unit bldg in Amarillo, Texas. The building was recently approved for HUD. The property is not doing so well renting to regular payors. Does anybody know if Monroe, North Amarillo Texas is a high demand area for HUD applicants?
