Am I Allowed To Post A Negative Statement About A Lender?
http://www.thecreativeinvestor.com/ViewTopic27264-32.html#130296
I have just been through a horrible experience with Kennedy Funding, and I want to post about it. Long story short they are going to get sued for about 150K they have of mine.
What can I get away with, without getting the post deleted for whatever reason? Or should I write an article about the lender and just post a link to the article?
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, with a final suggestion from Joel too please, since he will be the one kicking me off lol.
Thanks,
Kyle
Nothing in the rules I have read about post how you feel if it relates to a bad situation. I think you should post it.
Kyle,
You are held in high respect on this board so what you do I believe is trustworthy, just don't use the four letter word even if you want to.
$Cash$
I decided to do both. The word definitely need to get out about there shady transactions. I already posted on the forum listed above, I will write an article for Joel to approve as soon as I get the time.
Thanks
Kyle

Kyle,
Just be aware that, in all likelihood, some helpful person will rat on your negative report, to that lender itself...and you'll find yourself defending a libel action.
If you've got deep enough pockets, and a deep enough conviction about the lender, and sufficient provable facts to support your defense...then by all means proceed, but just believe it's gonna happen, and you're gonna get your chance to prove all your statements in court, or pay them damages.
