Automatic Carwash Business
I am very interested in building a freestanding automatic carwash. Are there any carwash owners that would be willing to share their success/failures with me? What do I need to watchout for?
Ideas for creative financing?
What about site selection, traffic flow, etc.?

I don't know much about it, but I understand the permits are very hard to get in many dense suburban areas. That said, if you get a permit, you can flip it for big buck$, apparently without even having built anything.

In CA cost of land and permitting issues are the biggest challanges.
