AIA Contract - Form A191
This is my first time dealing with this form, which is supposedly the "standard" commercial building contract used by the construction industry. I haven't heard good things about it, and it appears biased toward the architect. (Which you'd expect, given that the AIA developed it)
So, my question is, for those of you with experience using this form, what changes have you made? Exact language would be great, of course, but even just stating what you dropped or changed would be very helpful.
