Agreement With Seller?
I'm working my first SS. The owner wants me to guarantee a Waiver of DJ. Obviously, I can't do that. But, do you Short Sale pros have some kind of agreement (signed) with the owners that state things like:
1. Aware of what is being attempted, no guarantees.
2. Will hold you harmless in the event it still goes to auction.
3. Will try for waiver, but no guarantee.
Something like that?
