Sounds like you have a pretty good note...I buy and sell institutional notes primarily...I do have a few companies I work with when I run into seller financed notes and can get you a form they would need you to fill out to give you quote...Just let me know...

You could go direct with a principal buyer and avoid the middle man... via something like http://www.bostonnote.com/notequote.htm
Not an endorsement, but you can get a real number if to use for comparing other principal buyers. I only deal with principals, since note brokers are just adding cost to the transaction.
