Affordable Skip Tracing
What affordable services do people use for skip tracing. Want to track the mailing address and maybe relatives of the last owner of record on a house.
1) www.merlin.com - I have tried to determine their fee structure but have not been able.

Here are a few you can try:
1. www.deadleads.com - our company we gaurantee the results. $24.95 per lead.
2. www.knowx.com - Pretty good if you have a large list to sort through. they offer a one day pass to look up information but unlisted information you cannot find through them like you can throu us. $30.00 for access all day.
3. Private Investigator - hire one to work with you, can be $$. $50.00 and more per search.

Hey and if you have the time, you can do your own research (yeah right, why?) by getting onto some Private Investigators' association websites...do a google search and find a few associations, they all have a links/resources page.
Dont tell the PI's we know their secrets.
