Affixed Yet Nothing Is There!
We are purchasing a property that has 2 Affidavit of Affixtures on it, yet the 2 manufatcured homes were torn down without a permit do to their poor condition. I want to clear up the title and would like to put 2 new manufactured homes on the property. Are Affidavit of Affixtures tied to the manufactured home or just the land? Can I put 2 new homes in the places where the torn down homes used to be and have the Afidavit of Affixure be valid for the 2 new homes?
