seller is short in cash and would sell it @ $ 49,000. Comps around are $59,000-62,000. Otentia rent is $ 750, taxes @ 250
Is it worth to buy?
If it is a rehab how much are you going to have to put in.
The house is already finished
So it isn't a rehab house?
