Advice Please
I was just wanting to ask you all wise wise men what you think about Jeff Kellers forclosure course, is it a good source of info and Knowledge, also what about Peter Conti & David Finkel.. Do they have good courses and advise. What I'm looking for is a book or course that has it all like forms and good jump in with two feet get started today step by step teaching thank you in advance you all seam to know everything I am trying to learn so I figured I'd ask you .....thanx MD

Sounds like you are on yhe right path by taking the steps to better yourself with education.
Jeff Kaller (Mr Preforeclosure) has a real good home study course. He calls it "How to Leave Your Job in 90 Days". It is a step by step manual, with forms, and it also comes with CD's that are a recording from one of his live seminars. The cost is about $1000, but it is a great education. If there was a down side to his course, it would be that after you have studied his information, if you have any questions . . . you are on your own. If you want to aks his office, it is on a pay per call, per month basis. Although it the information will lay the ground work for you to do your first deals.
You may consider comparing his course with Ron Legrands course. The two of them have worked together in the past, thus sharing information between them. I dont remember the cost of Rons home study course, but you might get on E-bay and find some good deals!
As for Peter Conti & David Finkel ...... unfortunately I haven't had any experience with them, so I can't help you there.
Just remember, it doesn't matter which one of the top pros that you decide to buy from, the biggest responsibilty falls on your shoulders. Information is nothing without action. I wish you the Best of Success!

I have literally created an rei company out of LeGrand's cash flow set. The wholesale module is a fantastic starter. If I describe this in depth, I may get into some trouble with TCI. You see, one of the reasons that this site is so kick ass is that they don't allow advertising in the forum and they will think that I'm selling my courses. But, the fact of the matter is that I've only been selling these for a couple of months and I started the investment company over a year ago using LeGrand's courses.
