Advice on tranferring real estate
If someone could help give me some advice on this I would certainly be appreciative. I am a new investor and have just formed an LLC through Nevada. I currently own some rental property in another state and I would like to know the best method of transferring the asset into the LLC. In particular, I would like to refinance through the LLC without my personal credit being used or withouth the debt being shown on my personal credit.
