Advice On Protecting 10k Plus Assignments
I am going to buying a reo from a bank real soon for 40,000. The properties in the area are selling for 120,000 as is. The place needs work and has 40,000 in back taxes. I have an investor who will pay me 30,000 for my contract. 1. How do I protect my assignment to make sure I receive this money or if I can't protect it Where should I go to look into doing a double closing.

get an assignment contract from your title company with the assignment price stated in it, then when they go to settlement the title company will send you a check for your assignment fee.
