Advice On Becoming An Agent Needed
My brother attends a lot of tax deed sales in Florida because his regular job takes him all over the state anyway. He would like to become an agent for folks who are out of the area and wish to bid at the tax sales. I am not sure how he would go about finding clients. Any advice on how he could proceed would be very welcome.

I don't have specific advice, but I would study how the Lennox Group and other similar companies got started, as a source of ideas. He could start prospecting friends, then will have to find a way to build the trust from prospective clients.
