This is not a matter of no one liking you…it is a matter of you asking for help on countless occasions about this same situation, receiving advice and NOT following up. This has been going on since September 2004 and since you didn’t do what was suggested months ago, you are now in this mess.
However, letting a house foreclose is out of your hands unless you make the payments and I imagine if they find out that you sold the house they may call the note anyway.
You should have protected yourself incase something like this happened.
After all the investor couldn’t have purchased your house without you signing over the deed.. And when you did that you also assumed some of the responsibility.
