Advice For Just Getting Started
Does anyone have any advice for the "will-be" Real Estate Investor just getting started? I want to get going in this business. I just want to get started on the right foot.

Educate yourself, and JUST DO IT. There is nothing to fear but fear it self.

The right foot is buying something....anything...anything that you can afford that seems like somewhat of a deal....because the more you ask around and investigate this, and anaylsis that....time is just passing while everyone is making money...the best way to learn this business is by going out there and just doing it....learn as you go....and just as the post prior said JUST DO IT! The sooner you do your first deal, is the sooner you will know more then half the people on this site, becuase they are so scared to pull the trigger....
I found that picking a niche and focusing a bit was helpful for me.
