Take out an ad in the local paper. That should get you a couple of calls from investors

And if you'll find your closest REI "local" group, and advertise with them, in their newsletter or by fliers you take to their meetings, those people already have the right DNA for being investors.

If you are looking for an investor to buy a property as a lease option, it should be pretty easy. You will need to give them the right to sub-let the property, of course.

I like the ideas of the previous two posts, put an add in the paper, and network at investment group meetings. I would also reccomend calling investors that have put signs up saying "we buy houses", or similar. You can also look in the paper for adds from investors saying that they buy homes.

Just a question... Why do you want to sell it to an investor? Seems like you could just sell it to the person that wants to live there. Give a ls option to them...

thanks for all advice... i would sell it to anyone, investor or not. it would be a great opp for someone starting out to live in half and rent half or for a landlord type person.

i'll be posting it in the paper and attending the next REI meeting. wink
