Advice As To Finding Serious Investors In The Boston Market In Builing Homes.
Does anyone know that would like to invest in a building project in Boston,MA Hi my names Alex I'm a broker agent for Coldwell Banker. I just came back from a for sale by owners home and he has 2 buildable lots as well. I really thing that he doesn't know what he has. Unfortunally I don't have the funds right now to purchase it but you can make 75% on your return with this project. Does anyone know of a person that might be interested. For I fear that this will be a done deal be someone else after the weekend.

My god man, if it is that good. Line up a simple Investor and get an offer in and an acceptance and tie it up. Request a 60 or 90 day Escrow/Closing and go structure a Syndicate. If you do not know how to do this ask your Resident Guru Broker at your Real Estate Firm. I am sure he knows. Here is your chance. Play it traditional on the outside and Modernistic on the in. I hope it is in an area in which Row Housing can be realized. Parking, is it a problem?
By the way is the Boys Latin School still in that town. I vaguely remember attending for three months way back in the civil war. Just curious.
