Advertising Tips For Luxury Homes

I am now getting started in selling luxury homes, and I know that making six figures checks are possible.

I am probable going to be using auctioneers to sell property, and willing to work with agents.

But some of the properties that I looked at can probably be sold as corporate housing.

How can I advertise to businesses about the luxury homes that I have for sale?

Any ideas?

If there interest rate is decent with no ARM adjustment in the next 2 years, then take it over SUBJECT TO the existing financing!!! Then sell it off in 2 years after improvements are made... Good pay day in the future it sounds like!

Only a licensed Real Estate Broker can legally collect a Commission for the sale of a property.

Even if you get something in writing, you wont be able to enforce it.

    What is a principle?

A principal is someone who has an ownership interest- an option, a purchase agreement, a percentage, etc.

Or someone who is going to end up with an interest once the deal is completed. One method would be to ask for a small percentage of interest in the property, with an agreement that the buyer will buy you out after the deal is closed- complex, but not a commission.

You have intrigued my interest, but would I ask for a small percentage of interest in the property in the form of another contract. Would there be a specific form that I would have to use?
