Address Confusion?
I have been been watching a vacant house for a while, wanting to follow up on it. The problem is that there are no house #'s on the front. A residential street parallels the front but a cross street points right to the front door. The #'s of the nighbors right next to it on either side are completly different and don't follow a pattern same with the ones across the street. I asked a neighbor and they said they had no idea only that the house has been empty all year. Thank you for any suggestions! 
ask the neighbor what the previous owner(s) name was. if they have that, then go to the recorder of deeds office and look up that name and you'll find the address - then while you're there, go to the prothonotary and search for liens on the property (water/sewer, taxes, nuisance, mechanics, etc ... and federal judgments on the owner too).
then you'll be doing well. you could also look for the plat map with the neighbor's address that you spoke to. you may find that street on the map itself and the correct parcel number and address.
Here everything is online you can look up a property and get a map of it and streets all around it. Looks like you might try the

call and ask if they have the maps. You'll just have to do some leg work downtown like previous post once you find the map you can locate the parcel.
Our Property appraiser has the maps here, figure same as you assessments. Good Luck!

property appraiser websites usually have maps of property subdivisions and you can get the address that way.
I looked on the net for seattle property appraiser for him not listed on city web site. Looks like they call it the King county Department of Assessments. I'd call that number and see if they have the maps.

If you cannot find the owners names, write down the address of the houses on both sides. Go to your local tax accessors office and tell them that you need help looking up these properties in the Sidwell Book. They will be able to locate these properties in the Sidell (city map) Book, and tell you what the address of the middle property is, who and where the taxes are sent to.
