Adding To My Rental Contract

I just wanted to share this with you:
I mentioned in another post that this month I have received 4 calls from tenants with blown out Pilot Lights. Well now it is 5 calls.
Well, no problem for me..."Mr Tenant please contact either an HVAC company or the Gas Company and they will send someone out to fix it. Please remember you have to pay the first $50."
Well guess what...the call out charge is $65.. So I am out $75 this month.
Sooooo...I opened up my lease and added a new clause stating that Pilot Lights relights are solely the tenants responsibilty.
Never forget the lease is a living document and you will need to add to it.
