Well, I don't have a wife but I know that anyone that I tell about the Creative Investor or that I am on the site looks at me like I am nuts! Oh well., their loss.
My wife bless her fat soul is learning CAD so she is stressed out on her own little machine. An artist for many years, went to the Design Center now in Pasadena, but the world has changed no longer do they sit there with pen, ink and colors. They turn on a machine and oops away they go. So far no go just a small tiny step for mankind. I wish she would hurry, got lots of work for her.
Almost everybody who gets involved with Container to Houses is going to have to be CAD qualified. Only way I can see to set a client down, show the many options available and then have them select the house the way they want it. Then that CAD creation is numbered and is transmitted to the future factory and the order is progressed. It is finished, the various parts prefinished are loaded on a 18 wheeler and away to the site. There a crew assembles, the plumber and electrician tie it in. We hit it with a bottle of bubbly (very cheap american like Andres) Personaly I would rather drink the drink of my youth. Sautern and charged water. The client moves in. Their children start to mark it up and away we go. Another recent arrival to our shores now home and safe with his wife and kids, in their new home in the suburbs of middle america. A problem solved. Mass starvation among the termites of the world.
Not to offend but on more than one occation the better half has flashed her wares to draw me out of my cave (office).
Still to no effect as Im still here.
That is a shame.....Mine has yet to flash anything when I am online but I can always be hopeful.
He just walks in the office and shakes his head while he is looking at the clock to tell me how many hours I have spent.

I too am guilty of spending ALOT of time on this site. Actually, just today I was making fun of myself because I often check TCI before email. Yeah, I've got it bad. Oh well, at least it's a habit that can make me rich!

I actually check my email before coming here. Only I check for messages that replies were posted to the 2,380 topics I have here (give or take). Once I see them, I forego the other email and head staright here. Maybe that's just as bad.
The other email can wait. Plenty of time for that porn once my wife falls asleep
I am now seriously concerned that we all have serious problem, called online community ADDICTION or (OCA). The next big thing among e-boarders is going to be addiction killing board... I hope or I may be divorced form....not only my wife but the reality as we once knew it; Welcome to Metrix:-0)
For the past 3+ years I been working on the Omega Thousand hours web app's project that made me feel a bit strange... after spending 15 hours in front of the screen I would sometime walk to the beach and when there were no people anywhere around, I happened to ask my self what's real; the empty beach or the internet that takes you whenever you want, on demand. Voulla!

We were suppose to go to the movies and dinner last night. I got on the computer and before I knew, it was 9:30pm. SHe was pissed! Ready to leave me! I wonder if anybody knows of a 12 step TCI Recovery Program?
It is amaizing site ! I bought so many books and spend at least $ 1000 ,but I learned more here for 2 days. It is fun also. I wish only to have spell check here. English is not my first language,how you can see.
It takes me longer that I expected to buy my first property. I live in small town and it scares me.
