Not legal advice... but talk to your hazard insurance provider to make sure you are adequately covered for this inherently hazardous property. Last year, we made a tenant remove a pool they put up... it is in our lease (standard NC lease) that no changes are to be made by the tenant to the property. My scenario will not cover you since you provided the pool as part of the property. Your insurance provider may have suggestions... that will protect you from liability suits.
