Accounting And Tax Software
What do some of you use to account for expenses on rental and/or investment property? Quicken? And does anyone use Turbotax or software similar to do taxes? I own an online retail business on the side as well as rental property along with my regular job. Any recommendations? TIA for the replies.
My accountant recommends QuickBooks, which I'm getting ready to buy. It's an Intuit product that is a step above Quicken. Look into it and see if it meets your needs.

Have used QB Pro for years with success.

We had a fellow here in Phx for one of our local group meetings. He is a tax accountant and attorney. He recommends QuickBooks. He also recommends his $300 upgrade kit for it so you get all the right account charts.
Expensive? Maybe, but for him to go through your shoebox full of receipts from the last year, he charges $225 an hour. At that rate, the software is more than worth it.
