Acceptable Risk
I was looking at a foreclosed property owned by Citi Mortgage. While checking out the taxes, I learned they have not been paid in 2 years! On the internet, this show as common due to the housing crisis lenders are unable to keep up with minor details.
In GA the right to redeem really comes four years later, with a one year wait period for occupancy. For a small investment, would you wait for this to payoff? Is it worth the wait? Thoughts?
