Absentee Owners Vs. Back Tax Leads
I have finally put my finger on the guy that is responsible for the tax records here in Austin.... yeehaaa!! Anyway, he said that he is able to give me an absentee owner lead list and/or a list of people who are behind on their property taxes...which is best to start out with? Does anyone have any experiences with either of these locating motivated sellers? thanks!
Use both. Each has it's own best way to market to. You should have multiple methods that you use to market yourself anyway.
