about Reo property
Thank you tonya about all your advice.
I heard from somebody say that realtor must summit any offer 30 days before the actual sale or 30 days after the actual sale begun. I don't know which one is right.
Also I am checking and dealing with couple of REO propertys. any advice will be helpful.
