i am very happy to have found this site. it is very informative. i've been wanting to get into the real business for about two years, but i wanted to clear my wife's credit cards first. well the time is near where they are almost gone. ive read the carlton sheets program bought a few books. read them. where do i go next. do i inc. my business and if i do can i still bird dog. my interest is to buy rental properties. i just need a little direction. thanks in advance.

Sounds like you are a man with a plan. Yes, you can Bird Dog when starting out, some of the top investors in this business started out Bird Dogging.
I believe I read where Steve Cook a very knowledgable investor actually a Guru today started as a Bird Dog.
