A Walk Through The County Courthouse

Greetings All:

Hope you're all making great deals and can steer me in the right direction.

I am asking that a few of you (as many as humanly possible) walk me through entering the county courthouse and doing the following:

1. Researching a foreclosure
2. Researching an estate (what is the difference)?
3. Doing a Basic Title Search (what other types are there)?

Do I just see a clerk upon entering, if so, will they help me find what I'm looking for?
Thank you in advance guys. I just know if I stick you I will be successful.
I'll keep my day job while I do due diligence.
Peace,

In TN on the TNVAMLS system we have access to the Court House retrive system. I pick property out of the legal section in the paper and make a copy of the ad so I can have some room to write. I go to the Court House system and pull up tax records and deed history. If it looks like a good deal I plan to start talking to owners at this point. This is as far as I go thusfar I have only been an active investor for two months. I will try my first Forclosure stopage within the next two weeks.
