A Road Block Or Two
I've found several pieces of properties that is in trouble of tax sale. I was told to locate them throught the city assessors office, and then do a title seach for any liens. Problem- I can't find any of the owners. That's problem one I'd like to know how to solve. I've tried www.Intelius.com , www.ussearch.com, www.lycos.com, etc to find the owners. Second I thought of finding out from the city assessors what I can do to buy the house, if there is ot a mortgage to stop the sale, the problem- I do not have a job, I 'm a homemaker and home school teacher. One broker told me to do an limited liability company to seek a SBA, another told me to find a way to have some one verify that I have worked for 24 months. Can anyone help me in this area. trying to find a way to get these great deals without having to borrow thousands of dollars from friends and family to do a 20% down and carrying a loan. Did I make sense? Help
