A Question For The High Producing Wholesalers...

When guys are doing a lot a deals a month, do you always meet with the sellers, or do you mail contracts?

    Both, meet if poosible. I like to meet because I think I can negotiate better in person

    I suggest you meet with the sellers so that they feel comfortable and dont freak out when they find out someone else is closing the deal!

    You want to meet with them and treat them like you would treat your grandparents..

    If the potential deal is local I meet with them or one of my partners do, if it's in another state, I have someone inspect the property and mail me pictures, then negotiate through the phone or by mail.

    I assume most people prefer to meet. I have heard of using pictures and partners/employees.
