A Place To Start?
Hi. I'm looking into starting my first deal (wholesaling).
Would the county courthouse be a good place to start?
I'm in an area with no REI groups, and email support from my mentor.

Yeah thats a good plave to start. Also you should read the articles listed in the articles tab at the top. There are many reports written on start ups and who to contact for leads. I personally like Estate lawyers the best.
