Be careful that Lease Options (Lease Purchases) are not forbidden. Some condos prohibit renting. You could probably get away with it, but some neighbors could find out and complain. If the T/B is serious about buying and trouble ensues prior to closing, it could leave you open to litigation. Just a friendly caution.
