I am trying t structure samwich lease options in FL. I am an FHA mortgage broker and have over 50 people looking for lease option buyers. Knowing that most buyers donot have more than 3-5% down payment. They will all eventually be obtaining FHA financing, other than waiting 90day for the seasoning. And keeping all reciepts to justify the increase in sales. Oh ya and recording a mortgage to protect my interest. Is there anything else I need to do to make sure my profit is protected?
