800 # VM Service With Multiple Numbers For Ad Tracking
I am looking for a 800 # VM service which will allow me multiple 800 #s that all feed into the same recorded message so that I can track which ad pieces are generating the calls. It seems that most services require entering an extension, but I want multiple numbers instead. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Brian
Consider using kall8 for the 800 numbers which forward to any number you have with a voicemail. I think they have a voicemail service too that you can get for free. To find out where each call comes from (and even the name and number for people who call but don't leave messages) you can simply go into your real time billing.
It is very cheap and works great! GOOD LUCK
Are there any voicemail-type services like these that operate on local numbers? It seems a waste to pay for toll-free when callers are local. I can't seem to find any such service.
Thanks,
Brian
Hi Brian,
I went to AT&T for my toll free number(s)
when I started another business a couple of years back... anyway it goes like this.
A giant $5.00 (five) dollars/month plus $.10/minute and I have 10 (ten) nationwide inbound toll free numbers.
And I got to select the numbers (subject to availability). As a factory TASER dealer, one number is 866-StunGun... and so on for 10 numbers.
Check 'em out.
Mike
I use the 15/year service from www.maxemail.com that gives one voicemail number. It's an 815 number, so unless you're local to there, you'll have to string an 800 to it.
I currently use Arch Telecom for recorded messages and 800 #. I am really pleased with them.
They page me right away when someone calls my line and 70%+ of the time they can run the phone number through their database and give me the full name and address of the individual so I can follow up by mail as well.

Hey, I like this. I used Accessline for a year, but I'm going to look into this.
What is the most effective way to have the 800 number set up using the www.freedomvoice.com? I am looking for motivated sellers and investors to sell houses that I fix up.
A) Have a live person send the motivated sellers to my cell and investors to the voicemail?
B) What kind of message should I leave for each voicemail box? investors? motivated sellers?
C) Should I have callers leave information on voicemail or try to screen the really motivated sellers on the voice message?
Any information would be a huge help.
Thanks
