800 #s.. Question.
I read awhile back on an 800# service that has duplicate extensions. Example 101 was the same as 201, 301, 401, etc. so you can analyze them for marketing purposes. this would be much easier than recording the same 5 min message on 10 different extensions to analyze benefits of marketing. Anyone remember which site this was?
