7 Unit In Brooklyn
ok i wanted to purchase this 7unit in brooklyn that has about 70k-100k in work needed. now my brother who is my partner in the house were just closing on doesnot want to do this . the owner wanted 610k got an offer for 580k now my partner only wanted to offer 525k the most.
well since my partner dont want to i will offer 600k and hope to flip it for 650k to an investor. when the property gets fixed up it can be sold for 850k-950k . there were 3 family homes sold for 735k 2 blocks away. now all these are brownstones and the 3 units were fixed up all the way.
i just started to see 3 units for sale and they are asking 850k-899k wich is crazy !
is there any advice i should get about fliping this property ? i really want to know please tell me i dont want to screw this up.
Now i do know I need to place " and or assign to" next to my name. Is there anything else????
