5 Acre Lot With Site Plans, Engineering..HELP
I found a seller that has decided to pursue another opportunity. The land is zoned C-1 and would need to rezoned to multi-family and then be approved for the 17 fourplexes. I need advice on how much this could cost.
City Fees? Do I hire an attorney to go before the board?? Architect fees? Profit potential?
I know there are a lot of variables, but could you give me a ballpark?
