2 Simultaneous Short Sales w/ Same Bank
I have an opportunity to get 2 short sales with 2 different borrowers but the same lender. I prefer that the lender doesn't know I'm double dipping since they might not like someone making thousands off their troubles in the same month. How do you pro's do it? Separate LLC's, get your uncle to buy one, etc.???

I never done one like that hopefully someone here would answer that question for you. I just wanted to welcome you to the board.. Also like your website layout .. Did you do the wording and all yourself Daveh?

Thanks for the input. I wrote most of the text myself after looking at lots of investor websites. I put in about 8 hours total setting it up I had never done a website before.
