1st Timer Looking For Info.
Hello all
As my name states I am on a mission to achieve serious cash flow ( around $4500 month to start ) appreciation is taking the back seat for now. For all you investors, which city do you achieve the best cash flow? If you were just starting out with my goal would you invest in 1-4 units, or go commercial 5+?
also Is this goal possible with around $100K to invest?
