1st Investment/any Suggestions
A friend of mine and I are thinking of going in on a property in Surprise, AZ. Does anyone know about this area? Is it a sound area to invest in? What might I do, other then talk to a REA in the area, to find that info out? Also, its one of those situations where it will be built and we'll be benefiting from appreciation while its being built. Has anyone been involved in this type of transaction? Is it better to invest in something thats already built? My friend will solely on the loan, we will both be on the title. Will I still be able to benefit from using the appreciation of this property to invest in others if we are going in on it together and I am not on the loan? Is it taboo to ask opnions on areas to invest in on these fourms? Thanks a bunch!
