The best advisor for you would be a FL lawyer who knows FL probate practice and he/she can help you get this done in an "intestate" (no will) action...IF the heirs really do want to sell it to you.
Could you buy it in probate? Legally, yes, again if the heirs want to sell it.
Thank you very much, I certainly appreciate your help...this gives me a better understanding and can help me plan future action...I am presently talking to an attorney and am in good terms with one of the heirs ..whom will be named the personal representative...I am thinking of getting a mortgage and buying from her at that point...I will post again to let you know how it goes...once again ...Thanks
