$100 Referral Fee For A Sub2 Attorney In SC
I have had an awful time looking for an attorney who does sub2 deals in my area. If anyone can refer me to an experienced sub2 attorney I will gladly pay that individual $100.

You might try the law/legal forum. See who is answering what and from where. I dont envy you getting a good attorney is tough. I prefer Preston,Gates and Ellis, but I dont know there presence in your state. They are nationwide, but best in Washington state and DC.
Also you may want to keep your phone number on your personal page, there are people farming the numbers. Joel kicks them off as soon as he finds out but it will save you the headache.
