1 St Time Property Flipping

Ihave made an appointment on Wed. 11-16-05 to meet with some one who has their own contract for selling their house. What clauses in that contract should I be aware and bring to my and the sellers attention of never have to buy the property until I find an investor? Also would I have to put up earnest money to gain a contract with the seller?

    Brenda this obviously is your first entry into REand I wish you nothing but good will. Realistically, your family situation is way too complicated to solve on a forum. However, I would strongly advise you to continue to look for an attorney who practices RE law in your state.
